The Transnational Co-operation Agreement – the TCA – is the official result of transnational groundwork carried out by each Development Partnership (DP) within the EQUAL community program framework.

At the end of the preparation phase of the transnational co-operation projects provided for by EQUAL, the DPs involved shall jointly draw up and sign a Transnational Co-operation Agreement, which endorses and regulates the co-operation between said DPs and defines the partnership objectives, the financial resources made available by the Dps, the activities to be realized and the work methodologies to be adopted by the same.
